Last night at MTV’s 2009 Video Music Awards (finally back in New York City) Taylor Swift won Best Female Video only to have Kanye West run on stage and interrupt her acceptance speech saying that Beyonce made “one of the best videos of all time.” Later, Beyonce won for Best Video of the Year (because, yes Single Ladies really was a great video) and invited Taylor back on stage to try again.
